JillMarie has over 35 years of professional marketing expertise and has specialized in the auction method since 1994 as an auctioneer with a focus on fundraising auctions. She was crowned the International Auctioneer Champion in 2001.

Patrick believes covid took our fundraising auction industry Etch-A-Sketch and shook it violently. As we continue to evolve past the pandemic, we have a one-time chance to redesign our fundraising events to incorporate the best practices of the pre-pandemic era with the best practices we developed through the pandemic and customize our new events to best fit our nonprofit clients.

Be a Rock in a Child's Life

Faithful Friends hosts their annual fundraising event to fund its faith-based mentoring programs. This March 2023 event was hosted at Bridgetown Church in NE Portland. gEvents' Patrick Siver served as emcee and auctioneer raising over six figures with an online auction, raffles, live auction and a paddle raise featuring Last Hero Standing.

Sip & Spell Continued Success in Sherwood

Patrick has consulted with the Sherwood Education Foundation since the inception of the popular Sip & Spell in 2017. This unique fundraising event combines an online auction, live auction, paddle raise and celebrity spelling bee to raise dollars used to fund teacher grants enhancing the student educational experience. Patrick has been honored to serve as emcee and fundraising host for this SOLD OUT event!

Making Your Event Fit Your Community

The 2023 Xi Wang Gala embraced an inclusive format combining a virtual livestream with a enthusiastic watch party at Nebulous Taproom in Beaverton. The AV Department provided technology to provide a live feed directly to Nebulous Taproom to be shown on multiple monitors throughout the venue. Auctria provided the auction software platform where BAS auctioneer Patrick Siver conducted both the special appeal and live auction highlighted by selling the school reserved parking spaces for a record amount! Members of the community could also participate from the comfort of their own homes.

Adding a studio audience to the Wine & Golf Ball!

Since our first virtual event we produced in March 2020, we had been brainstorming and developing the next evolution of fundraising events...and the consensus was a blend of the best elements of virtual and gathering. We created a model where the base is a virtual event, and we would add a studio audience as society would allow.

gEvents had assisted The Campbell Course | Home of the Children's Course and First Tee Greater Portland with record net proceeds the past two years virtually. 2022 presented us with a chance to add a studio audience to the livestream and BOOM...a third straight record-breaking year!
